I use proactive and it worked in like 3 days.

Don’t know about that one, but try “All Clear” by Beauticontrol. It’s the best.

Just because Jessica Simpson says it works doesn’t mean it works for everyone. She’s going to have to try out various skin creams (not all in a row, give a few weeks apart to see if it just takes time) to find the one her body will accept in reducing acne.

I will tell you my tale (and I’ll keep it small). I never really went into buying proactiv and murad, because for a long time I kept my acne-prone skin clear with b.c. pills. Then in December of last year I broke out and never stopped. I tried homeopathic remedies, the usual clearasil, and so much and couldn’t figure out what the problem was. I found a site that said that Murad’s Acne Complex showed better results than Proactiv and I invested in a 30-day trial. For that entire time, my skin kept breaking out and I saw no difference. So I returned it and gor a refund.

Then I chose to try the proactiv. What would I lose, right? Could get a refund if necessary. I have to admit…I started Proactiv the very last week in May and I really did see results in 3 days. And my skin has been acne free for the past MONTH. I didn’t believe it would work, but it did. I’m hoping it will continue! Now that my skin doesn’t break out anymore, I can pay attention to reducing the mild scarring I got :( but yet :)

I will say this…Proactiv’s GENTLE formula seems to break people out. I know of 4 people who used it and did break out. That formula has salicylic acid while the regular formula has benzol peroxide. Try the regular proactiv, please! And if not, you can get a refund and go to the dermatologist. There are pills like tetracycline and things like Differen gel that he/she can prescribe.

    yes, its cool…..

Besides, there are many remedies that enter into the market. Some of them are highly priced but do not work effectively. It would be wise if one chooses the right treatment, especially those that are the extracts from natural sources. …..

If you’re looking for accurate acne information, best to see a dermatologist. Some people believe doctors are predisposed to take the simple way to deal with acne… prescription drugs. But, with many, this simplistic answer may not be the appropriate course of action. Some feel that such prescription drugs just treat the symposium and not the underlying cause. But, a local dermatologist is still your best starting point.
For me personally, I learned a fantastic informational acne treatment site. Not only is there excellent information/articles but I got their audio e-book and following it’s advice can now say that my acne is a thing of the past! Keep in mind, were all different and there are various types of acne, so what works for some may not be really effective for all.

Bottom line, hang in there, you will get past this! Sincere best wishes and excellent luck.
Oh, by the way the site that helped me is:
